Returns & Refund policy
You can return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions.
– The return shipping costs are for the customer.
– The order must be returned in the original packaging.
– The item must not be used or damaged.
– Orders outside the 14 day return period will not be accepted.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the next steps:
1. Send email to info@capripare.com
Does your return meet the return conditions? Please report your return by email within 14 days.
2. Packing
Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and stick the return label on the return box. Don't forget to tape or remove the old return label.
3. Send
After payment you can download and print the return label. Stick it on your package and have it scanned by your chosen carrier.
4. Refund
If the product meets our conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 14 days.
Refund Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You also need proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been used or the packaging is missing.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
