  1. Offer and Agreement 1.1 When you purchase an item from Capri Pare online via the webshop, you enter into an agreement with Capri Pare. These general terms and conditions are binding and applicable to every order placed on this webshop. 1.2 These general terms and conditions are easily accessible during and after your purchase. You can review the most recent version of the terms on our website. 1.3 Every effort is made to ensure that the displayed costs are correct at all times. However, if the offer contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, the agreement is not binding for Capri Pare, and we are not obligated to deliver items at an incorrect rate. If you have any doubts about the validity of an offer, please contact us.
  2. Price and Payment 2.1 The price displayed in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. 2.2 You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the Capri Pare webshop.
  3. Delivery 3.1 We make every effort to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ensure that the products are shipped correctly. However, if you receive incomplete or damaged product(s), please inform us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving the products. We will endeavor, together with you, to find a solution. 3.2 To avoid your order being delivered to the wrong address, we request that you provide us with the correct contact information. 3.3 Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide and via the delivery method you choose. 3.4 In case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Capri Pare is not liable for any costs incurred for providing an incorrect address.
  4. Warranty and Complaints 4.1 We strive to display products on our website as fully and accurately as possible. If the product seems different than expected, you can return it, in its original packaging, within the 14-day cooling-off period. 4.2 Capri Pare guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability. 4.3 If you have a complaint, we would like you to send us an email. 4.4 If you have discussed your complaint with us but still want to submit the complaint to another body, you can do so via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
  5. Time to Think 5.1 You are free to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days after receiving the product without stating reasons. 5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us. You can do this simply by sending an email to info@capripare.com. 5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Further excluded from the right of withdrawal are: – products that are not sealed but have been used or whose original packaging is missing. 5.4 Products that are damaged or used, or whose original packaging is damaged, cannot be returned. If they are returned nonetheless, there may be charges for the return. The amount of these costs will be determined by Capri Pare. 5.5 We reserve the right at all times to assess and refuse each product individually if it does not meet our return conditions. 5.6 After termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but within 14 days. 5.7 Capri Pare will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. In the case of a partial return shipment, we will only reimburse the costs of the returned product. 5.8 Return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.
  6. Intellectual Property Rights Capri Pare owns all intellectual property rights related to the Capri Pare brand, the website, and the products.

  8. Miscellaneous 8.1 Changes to these general terms and conditions will be published on the website. We will notify you of material changes by email. These terms and conditions were last amended on March 14, 2024. 8.2 Dutch law applies. In the event of a dispute, the Amsterdam court will decide on the matter; notwithstanding your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
