Return & refund policy
You can return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging.
- The item must not be used or damaged.
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the steps below:
1 . Send an email to info@capripare.com Does your return meet the return conditions? Then notify us of your return shipment via email within 14 days.
2. Packing Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and attach the return label to the return box. Don’t forget to cover or remove the old return label.
3. Sending After payment, you can download and print the return label. Attach it to your package and have it scanned by the carrier of your choice.
4. Refund If the product meets our conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 14 days.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem. We cannot accept returns if the product has been used or if the packaging is missing.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
